Vintage veil with Newport charm

From the classic Viking Hotel to Ochre Court at Salve Regina to the vintage veil to the puppy and then on to the party-this couple worked it out and implemented every single angle of their personalities and relationship into their day. The day moved comfortably through every stage, every detail and every emotion.

We began at the Viking Hotel for the bride getting dressed. The Viking as a location meant a lot to the bride, so we were sure to grab some stunning photos of her out front before moving on to the ceremony. We also planned a little time for the guys both at the Viking and at Ochre Court pre-ceremony to capture the nerves of the upcoming nuptuals.

The ceremony went on without a hitch and the weather was spectacular. The bride arrived decked out in the vintage veil- so simple and elegant. We stayed at Ochre Court for family and wedding party pictures, and then returned to Viking to add in their puppy Dagney for a few family shots. Pets are a part of the family too! I relate.

The cocktail hour, reception and the sunset were all perfect, smooth and fun. They even had a crooner, Lou Belmont, that gave the cocktail hour yet another vintage flare. And the band was a blast.

Thanks L and J!

Thanks, Krista! We had such a blast and are thrilled with our pictures! What's amazing is how many great pictures you shot and how quickly and efficiently you were able to get everything done (with enough time for us to sneak into the cocktail hour). Speaking of which, our crooner's name is Lou Belmont - the first time we heard him we couldn't get over the Sinatra similarity...

Again, we can't thank you enough for doing such an incredible job...and even getting our little Dagny in the pictures!!

Best,
Lauren & Jeffrey
